Terms of Use and Legal Notice — Bateria Própria Z
Last updated:
This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Portuguese version is the binding one: Termos de Utilização.
1. What the app is (and is not)
The Bateria Própria Z app provides an indicative estimate of whether a Renault Zoe battery is potentially owned or leased, in order to simplify a first assessment. It is not an official source and not a certification, and the result may be incorrect or out of date.
2. No warranties
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the information shown is correct, complete or current.
3. Official confirmation
Any significant decision — in particular buying a vehicle — must not rest on this estimate alone. For official, binding information about the battery status you should contact the manufacturer or the entity responsible for the battery lease/financing, and check the vehicle’s official documentation.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any damages, losses or decisions (including purchases) made on the basis of the information provided by the app. You use the app at your own risk.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app abusively, in bulk automated fashion, or in a way that harms the service or third parties.
6. Payments
Passes are processed by Google Play, subject to Google’s terms. Purchases grant unlimited access for the stated period and do not renew automatically.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; the version in force is always available on this page.
